Our Accessibility model
ifacilities is a company that pledges on Accessibility 2.0, a concept that summarizes a new approach on making services available for people with reduced mobility, developed from innovation and experience. Accessibility 2.0 exceeds the classical concept of accessibility – which is limited to architectural elements and the elimination of architectural barriers – and incorporates procedures, protocols and services focused on the experience of users and customers.
Our new approach to accessibility is based on the breakdown of the current accepted standard. Accessibility 2.0 exceeds the concept of accessibility as a requirement or norm to fulfill and transforms it into an objective or need of universal comfort for our society as a whole, your company, a public entity or organization.
Implementing Accessibility 2.0 in services and/or infrastructures allows users with reduced mobility not only to access them equally and functionally, but also to have a satisfied experience right when it is needed.
The implementation of Accessibility 2.0 is logically aimed to provide a satisfied experience to customers with reduced mobility first; but in addition, this new protocol provides the services, features and infrastructure that will benefit any other customers.
Our accessibility model incorporates digital communication protocols and strategies intended for our customers to choose their services or products with confidence and reliability.
